New Podcasts

In my down time or while I am working I enjoy listening to podcasts. As you can see from my extensive recommendations list, I move through them pretty quickly. I stumbled across 3 new shows, the first one is only on the 2nd episode but I was drawn in by one of my favorite podcasters, who is executive producing it. The content that HeyFranHey creates really aligns with me, specifically her podcast “The Friend Zone” and her patreon show “The Woo”. While the focus of “Living for We” is black women in Cleveland I am interested to hear how the story develops.

The second podcast which has three seasons ready for you is called “Cold”. This is specifically meant for the true crime folks as it dives into three missing persons cases. The journalists go through some pretty tough events to get answers for the families of the victims in three cold cases.

Finally “The Way Out is In” talks to Brother Phap who was the personal attendant to Thich Nhat Hanh for 17 years. This podcast is an important part of my morning ritual, after the workout and before I start work is the time to create my mindset for the day. While I walk Gus, I take some deep breaths while I do their guided meditation and listen to their insights on various situations for the day.

Let me know what your favorite podcasts are in the comments below.
