Home Workout
For a while, home was where everything happened and now I have grown a new love of working out at home. My trainer has created some 30 min workouts that are great calorie burners and help me to hit my goals from my living room. It’s not ideal but on days when I simply can’t make it to the gym a kettle bell, resistance bands and my yoga mat serve as a great resource to break a sweat.
To raise the bar a little I also invested in a plyometric box. This box has been a great help when I want to work on movements that can embarrass me at the gym (specifically Pistol squats and incline pushups).
