Remember in March 2020 when the gyms closed?! I spiraled for 2 days. This is when the Panny(pandemic) became very real for me. If I can’t move my body how will I get through this? The answer came in the blessing that is my personal trainer. She made videos to demo various movements and would literally leave me dead on the floor with a kettle bell and a jump rope. The highlight of this terrible circumstance was now I can literally workout anywhere! With a few resistance bands and a jump rope 30 mins equals 400 calories burned. This section is where I will share all of my home workout, yoga and fitness finds so you too can have ease in whatever fitness at home means for you.
